Avance Gas has closed the sale of the medium gas carrier (MGC) fleet to Exmar LPG.

The $282m deal was announced in November.

In a statement, chief executive Oystein Kalleklev said: “We are pleased to announce the closing of the sale of the MGC fleet to Exmar.
