US President Donald Trump has threatened to take more action over Russian oil exports after saying he is “pissed off” with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
The leader has become frustrated with the slow progress of peace talks over Ukraine.
He told NBC News that the US could impose secondary tariffs of between 25% and 50% on buyers of Russian oil if he judges the Russian government is blocking efforts to end the war.
