Sanctioned Russian state shipowner Sovcomflot (SCF Group) may amend the terms of its Irish bonds after missing another coupon instalment because its agent refused to handle payment.
An unspecified amount was due on Thursday to holders of a tranche maturing next year.
But the company said it has been “hindered” by sanctions imposed by the European Union and the UK in March due to the war in Ukraine.
