UK shipowner RFOcean has sealed a major charter deal with a Spanish oil group for its new chemical tankers.
The stainless steel vessels are being fixed to Moeve, the former Cepsa.
In January, RFOcean secured a financing deal for its rapidly expanding tanker orderbook at Wuhu Shipyard in China.
