Progress continues to be made on salvaging a holed MSC Mediterranean Shipping Co boxship that grounded off Canada six weeks ago.

The Canadian Coast Guard said that land and sea water assessments of the 2,478-teu MSC Baltic III (built 2003) are still being carried out in Cedar Cove, Newfoundland, with no pollution observed.
