Giant Swiss trader and charterer Glencore will no longer accept new business involving Russia.
The company “continues to condemn the actions taken by the Russian government against the people of Ukraine”, it said, following a review of its Russian interests.
The group will not enter into any new trades for Russian-origin commodities “unless directed by the relevant government authorities”.
