Shipbroker Clarksons is reorganising its chemical tanker operations with a new promotion.
Director Anthony Rowan has been appointed head of the projects desk within the specialised products division.
This marks the beginning of a “revised focus and objective for the desk, which will perform a more integrated role across newbuilding, sale and purchase and time charter”, the London-listed company said.
