Carnival has appointed a former executive at the National Basketball Association to its board of directors.
The Miami cruise giant said Jason Cahilly, the former chief strategic and financial officer for the NBA, will serve in a non-executive capacity and will join the audit committee.
He brings 20 years of financial experience in sports, communications, media and entertainment, Carnival said.
