A struggling Singapore offshore player has found itself in court over an alleged outstanding catering bill worth close to $1m.
Ezion Holdings said two of its subsidiaries have been issued with summons by Whitesea Shipping & Supply (LLC) FZC, which is based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
