Former French offshore supply vessel giant Bourbon Corp faces potential liquidation this month after banks took over its assets and brands.
The company said the Commercial Court of Marseille will decide on its future at its next meeting on 20 January.
A further statement will then be issued to "clarify the consequences of the tribunal's decisions, particularly regarding the listing of the security," Bourbon added.
