The auction of three vessels is to be held at the District Court of Rotterdam on 17 March.
The vessels are the 13,800-dwt Venus (ex-Unisierra, built 1990), the 13,600-dwt Cloud (ex-Univalle, built 1980) and the 17,900-dwt Gloria (ex-Unicondor, built 1979).
All the ships have been linked in the past with Naviera Universal (Uniline) of Lima, Peru, led by Herbert Buerger although his son Claus insists the company no longer operates any of the ships and has not been an owner since 1992.
