An affiliate of Greece's Alpha Bulkers Shipmanagement has filed another lawsuit against a former customer as it works to recoup losses from a contested sale.
Link Investment launched the case against Jiangsu Steamship in the US federal court for the Middle District of Florida seeking the seizure of the 47,000-dwt bulker Spring Sunshine (built 2013).
