Trading giants Vitol and Glencore are to be paid $380m in compensation for the non-delivery of cargoes by Nigeria LNG.
Court documents seen by Reuters showed that the English Court of Appeal has ruled in favour of buyer Taleveras, which had contracts to sell gas to the commodities groups.
The case had earlier been heard in the High Court.
