German energy company Uniper has voiced concerns that countries friendly to Russia could seize its chartered LNG carriers following a court dispute in the first quarter of last year.
A Russian court imposed a penalty of €13bn ($14bn) on Uniper in March as part of a row with a subsidiary of state-backed gas company Gazprom.
The company was Europe’s biggest buyer of gas from Russia before 2022.
