Andreas Sohmen-Pao’s BW Group has sold a 49% slice of one of its FSRUs to Mitsui & Co in a deal that brings the Japanese investment heavyweight into the market for the first time.
The 170,000-cbm BW Integrity, in which the Singaporean group will retain the balance of the shares, is at the start of a 15-years contract in Pakistan.
