Shipbroker Richard Fulford-Smith is to retire just weeks after he vowed to continue working at Affinity (Shipping) alongside its incoming new chief executive Daniel Hockey.
Affinity managing partner Fulford-Smith told TradeWinds: “I will retire from shipbroking at end of the first quarter after a damned good party to celebrate 10 years of Affinity.”
