A first cargo of LNG is due to arrive at a new small-scale LNG receiving plant developed by Shell in Gibraltar in the first quarter of 2019.
Speaking at the CWC World LNG Summit in Lisbon, Shell general manager for LNG market development Markus Hector said LNG supply will come on an LNG vessel of between 5,000-cbm to 10,000-cbm which it will deliver to the new facility in Gibraltar.
