US owner Campbell Transportation Company has snapped up a barge fleet from rival American Commercial Barge Lines (ACBL).
The company said it has acquired 155 units and four tugs, plus certain affreightment contracts.
The fleet will operate on the Ohio River system.
The 3,000-hp tugs are the Roger W. Keeney, James R. Morehead, James E. Pinson and Jeffery A. Raike.
