Kyla Shipping's legal battles over a collision in Brazil have spread to Alabama as the owner arrested a Shanghai Zhenhua heavy-lifter.
The Greek owner has secured a warrant for the Rule B attachment of the 83,500-dwt Zhen Hua 25 (built 1988) in a US federal court as it seeks at least $40.3m in damages, according to legal documents.
