Technical experts hired by Danaos Corp plan to board a Zim-operated containership on Monday to ensure crew can return safely after a fire erupted in several containers on Friday.
The 4,253-teu Zim Kingston (built 2008) sailed into bad weather en-route from South Korea's Busan to Vancouver, Canada, that caused dozens of boxes to fall overboard and others to catch fire while on the ship.
