Just over one week remains for the Singapore arm of bulker operator and logistics group Delta Corp Holdings to settle a creditor’s claim or face a court in the city-state.
Hong Kong conglomerate Raiser International Shipping filed a winding-up petition with the Singapore High Court on 18 March.
This is the second winding-up petition filed in the space of a month against Delta Corp Shipping, the group’s shipping-focused Singapore subsidiary.
