BW Epic Kosan, a leading owner of small gas carriers, announced on Wednesday that chief executive Charles Maltby will step down on 1 June, after a decade at the helm.
He will be succeeded by the company’s current chief commercial officer, Jakob Bode.
“Jakob will provide a seamless CEO transition,” chairman Andreas Sohmen-Pao said in a statement.
