Bulker operator Nova Marine Carriers and Italian steelmaker Marcegaglia have formed a new company to manage handysize bulkers.
The new joint venture, NovaMar Logistic, will take over management of the 26,300-dwt handysize bulker Sider Luck (built 2012).
The vessel will operate in the European cabotage trades.
