The growing hull insurance business of Skuld has been given a major boost with its Lloyd’s of London syndicate winning the lead on the National Iranian Tanker Co (NITC) fleet.
Skuld was not involved in the insurance of NITC prior to the imposition of sanctions against Iran but has got the top position on the hull and machinery cover and a share of the protection-and-indemnity (P&I) insurance of the 60-strong tanker fleet.
