The Athens-based player has found a buyer for the Samsung-built, 104,000-dwt long-range-two (LR2) tanker Great White (built 1999).
Some brokers are saying it has gone to Dubai-based Onex DMCC for $13m. However, other sources say Norwegian buyers snapped up the ship for a lower price.
Internet Ships Register shows the vessel renamed Sage Pioneer and under management of Hong-Kong based Fleet Management, a unit of the Caravel Group.
