An Evangelos Marinakis-backed football team is set to bring Jamaican women’s national squad, nicknamed the Reggae Girlz, to the UK for a one-off friendly.
The friendly is designed to celebrate the Windrush generation, which involved the arrival of several hundred Jamaican and Caribbean immigrants to the UK aboard the Empire Windrush 70 years ago.
