A first cargo has been shipped to the new, small-scale LNG terminal off the Indonesian island of Bali.
Industry sources revealed this week that the shipment had left onboard the 23,096-cbm, Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi-controlled LNG carrier Triputra (ex-Surya Satsuma, built 2000), which will work as the project’s shuttle ship bringing in cargoes to the new Benoa LNG terminal.
The vessel, in which Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) also has a stake, has been taken on charter for two years for the business.
