Eivind, 40, will be managing director and Bernt, 45, deputy managing director. Kristian Eidesvik also has two daughters, Toril and Maria, but currently they do not work at Caiano.
Kristian Eidesvik holds 50.5% of the shares and his children 12.37% each.
Big Wilson fleet
Oslo-listed Wilson is part of the group and has a fleet of 110 small bulkers of between 1,500 dwt and 8,500 dwt, of which 82 are owned.
