Cosco HK is named as owner behind 'Full City'

Confusion over the legal ownership of the bulker Full City (built 1995), which grounded off the coast of Norway, continues.

The headquarters of Bejing-based China Ocean Shipping (Group) Co (Cosco) confirms the 26,800-dwt Full City was owned by its subsidiary, Cosco (Hong Kong).

But the Hong Kong arm tells TradeWinds that the bulker is owned by Roc Maritime, a single-vessel company registered in Panama.
