Wartsila is teaming up with Silverstream Technologies to promote its air lubrication technology to shipowners.
The Finnish technology group has signed a licence and co-operation agreement for future sales and servicing of the Silverstream System.
Under the agreement, the microbubble technology will also be available through Wartsila’s sales channels for retrofit installations on existing vessels where it is a primary solution provider.
