AIS data platform Maritime Optima is opening offices in Greece and Singapore.
The Oslo-based start-up — whose ShipIntel system uses a combination of AIS data and proprietary systems to help companies parse data — hired Christina Madamadiotou, formerly of Navtor, to head the Athens office and Wilhelmsen veteran Arne Bartnes to work in Singapore.
