An Omani shipowner has applied to Singapore’s Supreme Court for the Singapore arm of bulker operator and logistics group Delta Corp Holdings to be wound up.
The application by Salalah-based Green Seeds Trading Co means that Delta Corp Shipping — the group’s shipping-focused Singapore entity — has one month to settle the claim.
