Norwegian shipping group Torvald Klaveness is unifying its digitalisation efforts under new leadership.
Dry bulk expert Ingrid Kylstad has been appointed managing director of software division Klaveness Digital.
The consolidation of other group innovations into the unit marks the launch of a new strategic direction for the bulker and combination carrier group, focused on creating smarter, more efficient digital solutions for the maritime industry, the company said.
