Vitol has agreed to acquire Sinanju Tankers Holdings as part of a plan to enter Singapore’s bunker market.
The Singapore company has been acquired by Vitol Marine Fuels and has been renamed Vitol Bunkers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
“Through the transaction, Vitol has acquired an expert bunker tanker manager and operator with extensive experience of physical bunker supplies in the port of Singapore,” Vitol said.
