Scorpio Tankers has struck a deal to buy leasehold interests in 19 new Trafigura Maritime Logistics LR2 and MR tankers for $803m.
The acquisition includes a finance lease arrangement under a bareboat contract arrangement with a financial institution, which is valued at $668m.
