Stena Bulk and Teekay Shuttle Tankers are set to dispose of ships that have come off charters with Brazil's Petrobras.
The ships are the 151,000-dwt Nordic Spirit, which is wholly owned by Teekay, and the Stena Spirit (both built 2001), which is owned on a 50/50 basis with Sweden's Stena Bulk.
Both Samsung Heavy Industries-built ships are inspectable in Colombo, Sri Lanka, this week.
