A second VLCC has experienced discharge delays at Nigeria’s big new Dangote refinery.

The 298,000-dwt Kondor (built 2012), owned by Oak Maritime of Canada, has been stuck off the coast near Lagos for more than a month, according to S&P Global tracking data.
