The race to control Euronav continues to heat up, with both the Saverys family and John Fredriksen building their positions in the Belgian tanker giant in recent days.
The Saverys’ Compagnie Maritime Belge (CMB) and Saverco together now own just under 35.5m Euronav shares, or 17.5% of the company, according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings made on Wednesday.
