Pertamina International Shipping (PIS) has emerged as the buyer of a small chemical tanker that was sold by Singapore-based Golden-Agri Stena at the end of 2019.
The 17,500-dwt GS Fighter (built 2008) turned up recently in the international shipping division of Indonesian oil major Pertamina.
The ship, which has been renamed PIS Patriot, was reported by brokers this week to have been acquired for $12.2m.
