Overseas Shipholding is facing a fight in itsefforts to cut a trio of tankers from bareboat contracts.

Bankrupt OSG plans to hand back the46,000-dwt Overseas Rimar (built 1998), the 46,170-dwt Overseas Limar (built1996) and 46,744-dwt Overseas Nedimar (built 1996) given its financialposition.

But the owners behind the vessels are notbowing to the demands and have challenged the move in court.
