The boss of London-based oil market firm Oil Brokerage is expanding his efforts to assemble a tanker brokerage from scratch with recruiting trips to Singapore and New York.
TradeWinds caught up with chief executive James McNicol in Manhattan this week in between his interviews with US-based broker talent. During that chat, McNicol confirmed reports that he had been seen doing likewise in Singapore about 10 days ago.
