A new tech platform backed by five of the world’s biggest competitive shipbrokers aims to challenge Clarksons’ dominant position in recap and charterparty management.
Shipbroking firms Arrow, Gibson Shipbrokers, Howe Robinson, Ifchor Galbraiths and SSY have joined forces with The Signal Group to form independent Ocean Recap.
The venture is unusual in that it involves the collaboration of five historic rivals.
