A Greek chemical tanker suspected of falling into Somali pirate hands on Wednesday has been confirmed as hijacked.
There is as yet no word, however, on the state of the 18 crew onboard the 6,375-dwt Olib G (built 1988) while the fate of another unidentified ship said to also have been seized in the Gulf of Aden remains unknown.
