Tanker owner Odfjell looks to have finally gotten its hands on compensation from a Russian shipyard over the axing of up to a dozen newbuildings.
A court in St Petersburg found in favour of the Norwegian outfit to the tune of $50m on Thursday in a drawn-out case which has seen Sevmash shipyard refuse to pay and take the case to appeal.
