Tanker owner Navigazione Montanari is forking out $108m to buy a fleet of six Italy-flag vessels.
It has purchased five tankers and a bulker from a vehicle managed by Italian asset manager DeA Capital Alternative Fund.
The Italian owner bought the crude, product and chemical tankers with an $85m loan from domestic lenders illimity Bank and Solution Bank.
