Kuwait aims to more than double its tanker fleet through Kuwait Oil Tanker Co (KOTC) by 2040.
According to Kuwait Petroleum Corp (KPC) CEO Nizar al-Adsani, KOTC could have 60 ships in 20 years, compared to 28 now.
The Platts news agency cited al-Adsani as saying: "To service KPC's international marketing trade requirements, we will expand our fleet, especially for product carriers."
