Shipbroker Howe Robinson Partners has raided rivals to beef up its tanker desks.
Rupert Harland has joined on Monday from Genesis Shipbrokers, bringing 13 years of experience with him.
And Michael Caroussis has been recruited after spending the last three years with Brassington Chartering.
Harland will focus on both VLCCs and suezmaxes, while Caroussis will work on the VLCC desk.
