A Libyan-owned tanker has been allowed back into the port of Tripoli following a missile attack on Tuesday.
GNMTC's 35,000-dwt product carrier Anwaar Libya (built 2004) was given permission to berth at the Libyan terminal, according to the National Oil Company (NOC).
