Tanker tonne-mile demand growth into Europe still has room to run even after European Union sanctions set in, BRS Group said on Monday.
The French shipbroker said a quartet of refineries — two in Germany, one in Italy and another in Poland — could end up either bottlenecks or contributors to the further reshuffling of global oil trading patterns once the EU bans Russian crude oil on 5 December.
