Tankers are once more free to dock at the Hariga Oil Terminal in Libya after a month-long dispute involving terminal guards ended.
The Petroleum Facilities Guards (PGF) group have stopped blockading the facility at Tobruk after being paid wages that were in arrears.
This was announced on Wednesday in a video statement by the group, whose authenticity Reuters confirmed with a PFG member.
